Hi, I’m Joey Manning — owner and founder of Tier 1 Home Inspections.
I was born and raised in Texas and have proudly called Houston home for over 15 years. With a strong understanding of local homes, neighborhoods, and building trends, I bring regional insight and care to every inspection I perform.
As a TREC-licensed Professional Inspector, my mission is to provide homebuyers with honest, thorough, and reliable inspections, backed by exceptional customer service. I believe a great inspection doesn’t just check boxes — it educates and builds confidence and understanding. We utilize advanced tools — including drones, thermal imaging, and elevation measurement equipment — to provide a more accurate and comprehensive assessment of the property. I take the time to walk clients through the process, answer questions, and explain my findings in a straightforward, approachable way.
